Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pinwing (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pinwing helps Etsy sellers turn their listings into Pinterest pins using templates, AI-generated copy, and scheduling. The Service imports listing data from connected accounts, generates pin images and copy, and – after your explicit approval of each pin – schedules and publishes them to Pinterest.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Etsy, Pinterest, and Anthropic. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each platform's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

• The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
• Pinwing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Pinterest. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Pinterest through Pinwing complies with Pinterest's terms.
• Pinwing does not automatically publish on your behalf without review – you choose and approve each pin before it is scheduled or published.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or import, including templates, listing data, and generated pins. You grant Pinwing a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you use with the Service, and that your pins and destination links comply with applicable platform terms – including linking pins built from Etsy listings back to the corresponding Etsy listing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or any third-party platform's terms.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or technical limitations of the Service or any connected API.
• Use the Service to send spam, infringe intellectual property, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Access or import data that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use.

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Details of current plans and pricing are described on our pricing page. Paid features, billing terms, and any usage limits will be presented to you before you subscribe. We may change plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party integrations will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinwing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by a connected platform or by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
